Rebuilding of a Tibetan primary school. In a region averaging 3500metres in altitude, 120 school children have lessons outdoors or in a tent with 2 teachers who have not received adequate training. Improving the teaching conditions and quality in primary schools using both Chinese and Tibetan as mediums of instruction

Supporting education in middle school and in collège in order to develop local  economy.

Promoting awareness of basic health and environmental protection. 
Management of  household waste and hazardous waste. Disease prevention actions. 

Building a cultural centre. It will  host a library, a clinic, and a centre for social and cultural exchange for the children and the community.
