Lab Dra Khampa

In Tibetan Labdra means School and Khampa refers to the inhabitants of the so called Kham region of the Tibetan high plateau. 

Lab Dra Khampa  is a non-political non-profit organisation based in France which aims to provide humanitarian aid for the development of the children in the Kham-region . We work together with the ngo Green khampa and local counterparts in the Dzongsar-region.

The objective of Lab Dra Khampa is not limited to the preservation of the basic rights of children to

Education

Health care

A healthy environment

but, focusing on the Dzongsar region of the wider Kham region, it also includes:

The preservation of Tibetan culture

The integration of children in the local economic system

The possibility for the children to control their own future

 
Lab Dra Khampa is based solely on voluntary aid and all of the collected funds are being used to finance the projects of the projects in Dzongsar
